Next Level Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing higher quality treatment to each patient as opposed to the standard, cookie cutter approach to physical therapy. At Next Level, we provide a hands-on, personalized, one-on-one approach to each patient to get you better, faster. Dr. Allison and Dr. Alexis have a passion for helping patients reach their goals and live pain-free.

Meet the Next Level Team:

Allison graduated from Point Pleasant Boro High School in 2009, and couldn’t be happier to have Next Level be a part of her hometown where she currently lives with her husband T.J. and dog Ralph. Allison graduated from Monmouth University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and then then went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from Columbia University in New York in 2016. Allison participated in many sports throughout her life, including softball, track, cross country and soccer. She has completed 2 half marathons to date and enjoys pushing herself to achieve new fitness goals. Allison has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating, and is experienced in treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions ranging from the head to the toes. She has developed her skill set to successfully and efficiently return patients to their active lifestyles, while providing them with the necessary tools to prevent further injury. She believes in finding and treating the source of her patients’ pain, rather than treating the symptoms. Allison believes that each patient is unique, and therefore their treatment plan should be as well. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing with her dog Ralph, reading, snowboarding, traveling to new places, listening to live music, and spending time with her husband T.J.
