This individualized approach ensures that every repetition you perform is a quality one, every question you have is immediately answered, and every session will continue to challenge you with your goals in mind.

  • Physical Therapy services are most appropriate for anyone who is recovering from an injury or dealing with persistent pain.

    During your first session, your physical therapist will perform an in-depth evaluation to diagnose the root cause of your pain or condition. Next, they will formulate an individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals. Throughout your treatment your therapist will constantly progress, regress, or modify your program based on your progress, performance, and specific needs. In addition to your one-on-one treatment sessions, your therapist will instruct you in an exercise program to perform on your own in order to optimize your rehab potential and ensure that you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Wellness services are most appropriate for anyone who would like to maintain or improve their current level of health, prevent future injury, or work towards any health or fitness goal.

    During your first session, your physical therapist will perform an in-depth evaluation to identify strength deficits, flexibility/mobility limitations, and movement dysfunctions in order to create an individualized program tailored to your specific health and wellness goals.

    Emphasis may be placed on improving posture, improving overall fitness level, improving strength and mobility, or returning to or starting a new sport or activity.

  • The Next Level Running Program is a 3-month individualized program consisting of treadmill running analysis and 6 bi-weekly in person treatment/training sessions appropriate for all levels of runners.

    Each session consists of a combination of hands-on treatment as well as directed exercises with a focus on mobility, strength and power.

    All participants will be provided with an individualized home training program

    All sessions are one-on-one for 60 minutes with a licensed doctor of physical therapy
